Formed in 2006, the Orlando based KHANN creates a unique brand of metal incorporating latter day screamo with strong punk and psychedelic undertones, not excluding a powerful drone and hardcore influence. Lyrically, KHANN pulls from their collective veganism making their music an epic representation of “pralay”: the concept of nature reclaiming the Earth from an apathetic and abusive mankind through the literal eradication of humanity itself.

In April 2007, guitarist Andrew LaCour, drummer Josh Dulcie, bassist Patrick Chumley and vocalist Joshua Vitale (ex-Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus) entered the studio with Lords frontman Chris Owens to record their first full-length album. This Blackmarket debut, entitled “Tofutopia” features 23 tracks and clocks in at over 50 minutes.

Engineer “The Dregs”

In February 2007, Engineer entered More Sounds Studio with producer Jocko to record their sophomore full-length album “The Dregs”. The result is an album that achieves the band’s original goal to push the musical boundaries of each other while maintaining a strong sense of integrity. Engineer will be touring with Coliseum, Burned Inside and Rammer in support of “The Dregs”.

Originally released in Summer 2006, “Feast of the Blood Monsters”, Dance Club Massacre’s first self-released album is now being re-issued by Black Market Activities. Newly remixed and remastered by Eric Butkus at Plan to Record the World Studios in Chicago, “Feast of the Blood Monsters”, will be re-issued with new artwork and packaging by Discordant Art. Dance Club Massacre will be hitting the road in support of “Feast of the Blood Monsters” with label mates Architect and Destroyer Destroyer.
